Welcome to Never Not Sandy Beach Volleyball Club (“NNS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a registered nonprofit BC Society (Incorporation No. S0085226) based in Vancouver, BC. By accessing our website or participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website (nevernotsandy.com) or registering for any NNS event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Programs and Events

NNS organizes beach volleyball tournaments, leagues, and clinics in Vancouver, BC. Participation in any NNS event is subject to:

  • Completion of registration through NNS Session or other designated platforms
  • Payment of applicable registration fees
  • Compliance with event rules and code of conduct
  • Acknowledgment of inherent risks associated with physical activity

3. Refund Policy

Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at NNS’s discretion in cases of event cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Please contact us at samrosati@nevernotsandy.com for refund inquiries.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants, volunteers, and spectators are expected to treat others with respect. NNS reserves the right to remove any individual from an event for unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or violation of event rules without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in beach volleyball and related activities involves inherent physical risks. By registering for any NNS event, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that NNS, its directors, volunteers, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Never Not Sandy Beach Volleyball Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
